Glues for the wood and upholstery sector<\/span><\/h1>\n

Kerain V: Pvac adhesive widely used in the wood and upholstery sector <\/span><\/h2>\n

The Kerain V<\/strong> product is a high viscosity, single-component, non-toxic, ready-to-use vinyl adhesive, widely used in the upholstery sector<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"Adesivo_Pvac__settore_legno_tappezzeria_artigiano\"<\/p>\n

Thanks to its high quality D2 bonding<\/strong> (according to DIN \/ EN 204<\/strong>) and the filling capacity due to the high solid content, there are many areas of use for the use of this product; with Kerain V<\/strong> it is possible to glue:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • cloth with cloth; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • cloth with wood; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • wood with wood; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • felt; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • velvets; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • trimmings; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • polystyrene with polystyrene; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • polystyrene with cork; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • polyurethane foam (foam) with wood.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Filming<\/strong> after approx. 15 ‘at 20 \u00b0 C and with air humidity at 50%.<\/span><\/p>\n

    USEFUL ADVICE FOR USE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, degreased, and dry. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Do not apply at temperatures below + 10 \u00b0 C. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Apply with a spatula or brush on one of the two sides or on both if particularly porous. <\/span><\/p>\n

    The glued supports can be processed after about 2 – 4 hours after pressing; however, the optimum bond strength is reached after 24 hours. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Kerain V<\/strong> is available in bucket format (5 kg).<\/span><\/p>\n
