Cyanoacrylate Euro fix 636

Instant adhesive ideal for rough or not perfectly flat surfaces

EUROKOLL 636 is an alcohol-based contact adhesive – ethyloxyacrylate.

Medium viscosity produces little odor avoiding the formation of halos from post-application. It allows the adhesion of a wide range of materials:

• metals;
• leather;
• wood;
• rubber;
• pottery.

• Viscosity 25 solid C (Brookfield 20 rpm) : 80-150 mPa. s
• Specific gravity (g/ml): 1,06
• Flammability: >86 somebody C
• Product storage: Cool and dry place away from strong light and heat sources.
• Optimal Storage: refrigeration.
• Stability in stock: 12 months at a temperature between +5 and +20 ºC

The rate of polymerization is influenced by three main factors:

• nature of materials,
• the temperature at which the reaction takes place,
• ambient humidity

In particularly unfavourable conditions (low temperature, low ambient humidity or difficult to couple materials such as polypropylene, silicone rubbers, etc.) it is necessary to use the primer EUROKOLL 7700.

Instructions for proper use

The surfaces to be bonded must be cleaned and degreased. For this operation use the EUROKOLL CLEANTEC degreaser product. Apply the amount of product needed for the application.

Compress the parts to be joined for a few seconds. Primer EUROKOLL 7700 must be used for difficult-to-match materials or unfavourable environmental conditions.

Any surplus material can be removed with EUROKOLL Debonder.
