Field of use

Given its characteristics of speed and viscosity, the product is widely used on high-production folding-gluing machines equipped with wheel applicators, for the supply and closing of coated flat cardboard cases, it is also used for the production of corrugated cardboard boxes or trays.

Given the particularities of the material to be glued, it is always advisable to carry out preventive tests before moving on to the production phase

HOW TO USE

The product is used with automatic roller or wheel applicators depending on the application address.

The temperature of the materials to be glued and the ambient temperature must not be lower than +15°C, lower temperatures can alter the application characteristics of the glue.

The humidity of the material can influence the gluing characteristics, preferably use material with a humidity between 8% and 10%. Lower humidity can cause excessive absorption, while high humidity can cause slower setting times.
