Our product POLICRIL 320 is a vinyl-acrylic copolymer, widely used in different sectors of the textile industry, the fields of use are:
- binder for synthetic fibre wadding;
- tissue finishing;
- flocking
In the wadding and TNT sector, our products are used both as non-woven binders and to improve surface finish and chemical and mechanical resistance of products. The range of products is wide and covers all the needs of softness/ rigidity and the needs of chemical and mechanical resistance. Policril binders can also be successfully used in fabric finishing and flocking.
Policril 320 is available in the following formats:
- Stem (125 kg)
- IBC (1000 kg).
Another widely used product is the Neolith TS40, acetovinyl dispersion, formaldehyde free is from APEO.
Neolith TS40 is mainly used in the formulation of finishes and dressings for the textile industry, dressing is one of the main operations that are part of the textile industry.
The product, based on homopolymer vinyl acetate, gives a dry and full coat to the tissues. The dispersion, stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol, guarantees a satisfactory stability even with important dilutions with water.
