VINIL 150 is a Pvacetate adhesive in water dispersion ready for use in the wood industry. Transparent film.
Complies with UNI-EN 204 -D2 standards.
The VINIL 150 is normally used for the bonding of:
- wood,
- cork,
- paper,
- cardboard,
- fabrics,
- felts,
- leather goods and leather goods,
- miscellaneous plastic laminates,
- frames etc.

ADVICE FOR THE USE
Spread a light layer on the surface to be glued, join the two parts, tighten with clamps or press.
Optimal conditions for the use of VINIL 150 are:
AMBIENT TEMPERATURE OF ADHESIVE AND SUBSTRATE TO BE BONDED 18 – 20 ¹C
WOOD HUMIDITY 8 – 12
COATING ON FLAT SURFACES 100 – 150 g/m²
COATING ASSEMBLIES 140 – 150 g/m²
RECOMMENDED PRESSURE 0.1 – 0.5 N/mm²
The VINIL 150 is available in the following formats:
- 5,10 ,25 kg jerricans,
- polythene tanks of 1000 kg
- tanker.
