Eurokoll PU512 D4
EUROKOLL PU 512 is a solvent-free, fast-curing, low-viscous, one-component polyurethane adhesive that reacts with atmospheric moisture. Once hardened, it becomes a very tough structural adhesive with very high bonding strength and excellent resistance to water, temperature, aging and weathering. EUROKOLL PU 512 effectively glues a wide and varied range of materials. In possession of the requirements and certifications nautical and naval field IMO.
FIELDS OF USE
EUROKOLL PU 512 is formulated for quick and structural bonding even on water-resistant surfaces where quick mechanical grip is required.
Increased humidity and temperature reduce curing time and physical chemical performance of the adhesive.
APPLICATIONS:
EUROKOLL PU 512 effectively glues the following materials:
- metals: hard steel, aluminum, iron, copper
- plastics: PVC, ABS, PMMA, polyester, gecoat, fiberglass
- synthetic: corian, sintered, sintered
- tough bonding of wood elements and wood products, chipboard plywood, MDF, solid wood also oily: teak, briar, iroko
- stone bonding: natural stone, brick, cement, plasterboard and ceramic
- insulating and insulating: polystyrene or polystyrene foam, polyurethane panels, rock wool, soundproofing
The substrates to be assembled must be smooth, dry, dust-free and free of grease or other contaminants that could adversely affect the bonding performance.
