Water resistant vinyl glue for wood

Pvac adhesive for water resistant bonding in Class D4

The product Vinil D4 is a very high performance polyvinyl acetate-based adhesive in aqueous dispersion expressly designed for water-resistant gluing compliant with EN204 class D4 without the addition of catalysts.

It also has an excellent bonding power on hard woods with high wood removal / defibration (creep test according to EN 14256) and heat resistance according to EN 14257 (WATT 91).

This water resistant vinyl wood glue is used for the construction of:

  • pre-finished parquet;
  • windows and doors;
  • bathroom furniture parts;
  • parts of wood intended for outdoor use;
  • tops tops;
  • wood-to-wood bonding where excellent water resistance is required.

The open time, the setting and pressing times are conditioned by the methods in which the application is made, for example: the amount of glue used, the absorption capacity of the processed materials, the exactness of the joint.

Vinil D4 is available in bucket format (10 kg – 25 kg).
